TERMS OF SERVICE

The alpha is invitation-only. You must be at least 18 and use a valid alpha code. We may grant, limit, or revoke access at our discretion — access is a privilege extended for evaluation, not a purchased entitlement.

You are using pre-release software. It is offered on an as-is, as-available basis, may contain defects, and can change, break, or be withdrawn at any time. There is no service-level agreement, no uptime guarantee, and no promise that any feature will reach general availability.

• —Each alpha code unlocks one product for one workspace. Codes are for you or your organization — don't share, sell, or transfer them.
• —You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google sign-in secure.
• —Tell us promptly at security@bizaitec.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• —Use the products for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing.
• —Upload regulated, highly sensitive, or business-critical data the alpha isn't built to safeguard (e.g. payment card data, health records, government IDs).
• —Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the service, or circumvent security or access controls, except as expressly permitted by our Security policy's disclosure program.
• —Reverse engineer or copy the products to build a competing service, or resell access.
• —Use the products to make final decisions about people (hiring, firing, credit, benefits) without meaningful human review.

You keep ownership of the data and content you put into or connect to the products (Customer Data). You grant BAIT the limited license needed to host, process, and display it to operate the products for you, including sending relevant content to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy.

Where a product connects to your other systems — for example FlowForge acting across your existing SaaS tools, or Cashflow reading financial data — you confirm you have the rights and permissions (including any consents from your team or customers) to connect that data and let agents act on it.

The products use AI, which can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for any actions you authorize an agent to take on your behalf. Agents operate within the capability boundaries you configure and keep an audit trail, but BAITis not liable for outcomes of automated actions you enabled. Don't rely on outputs as legal, financial, tax, or HR advice.

Signing in uses Google, and the products may integrate with third-party tools you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

We'd love your feedback — and this is largely what the alpha is for. If you send ideas, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant BAIT a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve our products, with no obligation to you.

The alpha is currently free. We may introduce paid plans later; if we do, we'll give you notice before any charges apply and you can decline by stopping use.

Non-public details of the alpha — unreleased features, performance, and anything we mark as confidential — are our confidential information. Please don't publicly benchmark or disclose them without our permission while the program is invitation-only.

You can stop using the alpha at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or discontinue any product, at any time — including to protect the service or other users. On termination your right to use the products ends and we may delete your Customer Data, so keep your own copies of anything you need.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the products will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAITand its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the alpha. Because the alpha is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to USD $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

We may update these terms as the products evolve; we'll change the date at the top and, for material changes, try to give reasonable notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Business AI Technology is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
